Q.) The shopping cart is producing an error message when I click add to cart, what's wrong?
A.) In almost any instance where a shopping cart error message is produced it is the shopping cart letting you know that the size/color way attempting to be purchased is OUT OF STOCK. Although some pages may be marked as 'Sold Out' with red text others may not. Our published product pages are not dynamic but our shopping cart is, therefore the 'not enough product in stock' message is the most accurate indication of realtime availability. Only when all sizes are out of stock in a product will the red text marking 'Sold Out' appear.
Q.) I am curious about the sizing of my product, how do these clothes fit?
A.) The Jiberish Clothing items, run big, meaning if you normally wear a Large, order a Medium. Jiberish Clothing has sizing measurments information HERE. The Thielke garments are printed on American Apparel shirts. Cardboard Robot items run smaller than normal. Artus items run smaller than normal. Embrace items run smaller than normal. Q.) Why am I transfered to PayPal or Google Checkout after filling out my order information within ABSTRACTmall?

Q.) How long will it take to get my order?
A.) All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of placement. The rest of the journey depends on the efficiency and speed of the shipping method you chose. However, punctuality is near the bottom of a long list of prioirties for US Postal Service staffers; somwhere between their three hour scotch drink break-session and the daily right wheel delivery-jeep drag races... Don't fret, eventually they will find the time to move your product. Expect it within 7 to 11 days for standard USPS.
Q.) I am an exotic alpaca farmer in southern Paraguay and therefore live outside of the United States. Can I still order ABSTRACTmall goods online?
