Q.) Why are parts of ABSTRACTmall not working?

Q.) Why am I transfered to PayPal or Google Checkout after filling out my order information within ABSTRACTmall?
A.) By coupling the power of ABSTRACTmall's versatile and secure shopping cart engine with the universal processing power of PayPal and Google Checkout, we feel we have created one of the most secure and compatible shopping systems on the web. However, you don't need a PayPal or Google Checkout account to purchase goods on ABSTRACTmall. Simply use the aM Payment Gateway and then choose Credit Card at PayPal (you do not need to sign up for an account). Your billing address will already be filled out as the information was securely transferred from aM. You will receive the same quick, secure and trustworthy service as someone who has a PayPal or Google Checkout account. The aMPaymentGateway accepts Visa Mastercard, Discover and AmericanExpress.

Q.) What if I am unhappy with the sizing, quality, or fit of a product I order?
A.) Just send the garment back within 15 days of purchase in "as new" condition with a note explaining whats wrong with it and we will either replace your product or refund your money. Visit our contact page to email us about your problem.

Q.) How long will it take to get my order?
A.) All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement. The rest of the journey depends on the efficiency and speed of the shipping method you chose. However, punctuality is near the bottom of a long list of prioirties for US Postal Service staffers; somwhere between their three hour scotch drink break-session and the daily right wheel delivery-jeep drag races... Don't fret, eventually they will find the time to move your product. Expect it within a week for standard USPS or quicker depending on higher priority UPS options when available.

Q.) I am an exotic alpaca farmer in southern Paraguay and therefore live outside of the United States. Can I still order ABSTRACTmall goods online?
A.) The ABSTRACTmall online store has recently been updated to accomodate US, Canadian, and European orders! This update reflects the excitement and dedication of two customers; Piotr from Poland and Farquar from Scotland! If you live in Asia... Africa... Antarctica or some other place just send us an e-mail explaining where you live and what you want we will do our best to work out a solution and get your product delivered.
